Competency Certification and Qualification Training

GPRO Security Learning Center’s main principle is "Creating the Best Security". Through GPRO Security Learning Center. we provide mandatory education and training for all prospective members to form professional security members.

A. Gada Pratama

Gada Pratama is Primary Security Education which is required by every member of security guards, in accordance with the Regulation of the National Police Chief No. 24 Year 2007.

Method: Indoor/Outdoor Class
Time of Implementation: 21 days
Number of Participants: Minimum 100 people

    3. Leadership Hours
    4. Interpersonal Skills
  • Personality Development Training:
    1. Professional Ethics
    2. Main Tasks, Functions and Roles of Security Units
    3. Knowledge and Skills (Materials Regarding Police training)
  • Limited Police Force Functionality:
    1. Martial Arts
    2. Introduction to Explosives
    3. Introduction to Narcotics, Psychotropics, and other Substances
    4. Introduction to Baton and Handcuffs
    5. Basic Knowledge of the Marching Rules and Saluting
    6. Basic Knowledge of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (K3 & EHS)
    7. Knowledge of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (K3 & EHS)
    8. Installation Knowledge
    9. Control, Guard, Escort and Patrol
    10. Emergency Response at the Crime Scene
    11. Preparation of Minutes of Examination Report (BAP)
    12. Ability to Provide Services (Customer Service)
    13. Mass and Negotiation Psychology
    14. Arrest and Search

B. Gada Madya
